The challenge

A portfolio review across 6 client accounts heading into Q3. The brief: identify wasted spend, surface opportunities, and standardise reporting across two ad platforms.

The approach

  • Pulled 90-day data from every account into a single Looker dashboard — Meta + Google joined on UTM + GCLID.
  • Flagged campaigns over 7 days with sub-1× ROAS — paused 14 campaigns, reallocated kr 8K/day.
  • Identified 3 winning creative angles common across all accounts — turned them into a shared creative testing pipeline.
  • Standardised tracking — CAPI on Meta, GA4 enhanced conversions on Google, consistent UTM taxonomy.

The result

The audit recovered kr 8K/day in wasted spend across the portfolio. Cost per conversion dropped 31% in the 30 days following implementation, while aggregate ROAS held above 7× through Q3.

The shared creative pipeline became a permanent fixture — every account now feeds and benefits from the same testing system.
